How to use CurryGuide

'CurryGuide' is a new internet resource and search site dedicated to serve the internet community in a better and helpful way. All sites listed in 'CurryGuide' will offer every possible guidance to make sure the inquirer can can trace the exact document quickly and easily.

'CurryGuide' - making a better internet life.

Search tips: CurryGuide is the only search system that offers three different types of search options.

Natural Language Search - Simply type what you are looking for and click on the 'Find it' button. It is the easiest form of search.
Example: Find me a book about French cooking.

Keyword Search - Type the specific words/terms that best describes the resource you are looking for.
Example: Book french cooking.

Quick-Find Restaurant Search - This option is available from the pages within the category "Restaurants". It is like a fill-in form and you can choose as many options to find a Restaurant of your choice.

Searching in a 'Category': searching in a category will search the entire 'CurryGuide' but priority will be given to the contents of the category selected.

Advance search options: You can search for all the search-words, any of the search-words, the exact phrase etc.

How a category is shown: every category in 'CurryGuide' is distinguished by a directory-like 'icon' . Below is an example:

How a link is shown: the principal aim 'CurryGuide' is to make internet life easier and meaningful. Bearing this in mind we have implemented every possible tips and techniques to help you find what you need straight-away. This is where 'CurryGuide' distinguishes itself from other search engines/sites. Below is an example:

At the beginning of a 'Link' is the 'title' of the site. It is the place you need to 'click on' to visit that site.

'Title' is followed by a short description about the site.

A string of graphic icons will tell you about some important facts you may want to know before you decide to visit that site.

Country of origin - where the site is originated from. If the site is from one of the following countries, you will see a country flag. Otherwise, you will see icon instead. Here is the list of countries where you will see a flag:
UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, Russia, India, Australia, China, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh.(All the other countries will be included soon)

Language icon - Next comes the 'Language' icon. If the content of a site is in one of the following languages, you will see a language icon. Currently, these languages will be distinguished with a 'Language Icon':

Site language: ENGLISH - English Site language: KOREAN (south) - Korean
Site language: SPANISH - Spanish Site language: FRENCH - French
Site language: BENGALI - Bengali Site language: ITALIAN - Italian
Site language: HINDI - Hindi Site language: DUTCH - Dutch
Site language: PORTUGUESE - Portuguese Site language: GREEK - Greek
Site language: RUSSIAN - Russian Site language: SWEDISH- Swedish
Site language: JAPANESE - Japanese Multi-Lingual site - Multi-Lingual

'RSAC' icon - If the site is rated by RSAC, RSAC rated site icon will show up in the icon-string.

'NEW' icon - this icon New entry will show up for two weeks from date of listing, indicating that the site is "New".

'Review' icon - this icon A short Review will show up next to a link, if the site has been reviewed by 'CurryGuide Review Panel' and a short 'review report' is available.
